Our time registration software provides a clear overview of worked hours within your organization. The process starts with automatic time registration via our clocking system. Employees easily clock in at the start of their shift via the system.

The integration with the workforce schedules allows our software to detect the correct working hours per shift, preventing unplanned work hours. Additionally, breaks can be recorded using start and stop actions or can be triggered to automatically calculate breaks based on shift length and start time. Our clocking system provides an easy-to-use solution for automatically recording worked hours. Employees can clock in and out digitally by using a unique PIN code or key. Nostradamus detects deviations, such as late clock-ins, and provides insights into employee attendance and activities. Specific permissions can be granted within the hierarchy of Nostradamus, ensuring sensitive information is well protected. These records can help optimize workflows and create accurate schedules.

Clocking messages

Use personalized clock messages to easily inform your staff about anniversaries, events or practical updates like a new menu or upcoming holidays. These messages will pop-up whenever an employee clocks in at the start of their shift, keeping them instantly informed about important announcements. This functionality ensures well-informed employees and streamlines internal communication.

Employee satisfaction

Our employee satisfaction module is connected to the clocking system, allowing employees to rate their workday at the end of their shifts. A follow-up question will appear in the Employee App shortly after clocking out, in which they can provide additional feedback. This allows employees to explain why they had a bad day at work and can help detect patterns regarding employee satisfaction. This helps you to continuously monitor the well-being of your employees.

Hour approval

After registration via our clocking system, managers have immediate access to time records, including details like start- and end time, break duration, applicable surcharges and the total of worked hours. Once reviewed, the manager can approve or adjust the recorded hours. Daily approvals help to quickly detect and correct errors in time registration, presenting payroll issues.

Corrections in time registration

Employees can easily check their registered working hours via the Employee App. Change requests can be submitted whenever an inconsistency in registered working hours appears. Managers receive these requests and can review and assess the requests effortlessly. Whenever the requests are processed, Nostradamus will automatically update the records accordingly.
