Privacy Statement

Last updated: September 30, 2025

Your privacy is of great importance to Nostradamus ICT. We therefore adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it carefully.
In this privacy statement, we explain what we at Nostradamus ICT do with the information we learn about you.

If you have questions, or want to know exactly what data we keep on you, please contact us using the contact details at the bottom of this statement.

Our role: Data controller and processor

Nostradamus ICT has a dual role when it comes to data protection:

  • Data Controller: We are the data controller for the personal data we collect from visitors to our website, (potential) customers, job applicants, and suppliers. This concerns, for example, data you enter on our contact form.
  • Processor: For the data that our customers enter into our software, our customers are the data controllers. In that case, Nostradamus ICT acts as a ‘processor’. We process the personal data exclusively on behalf of our client. The agreements regarding this are laid down in a processor agreement that we conclude with our customers.

This privacy statement primarily focuses on our role as a data controller.

What personal data do we process and why?

Contact forms and e-mail

When you fill out a contact or demo form on the website, send us an e-mail, or contact us by phone, we process the data you provide to us.

  • What data? First and last name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, and the content of your message.
  • Why? To answer your question, schedule a demo, or prepare a quote.
  • Legal basis: The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Job applications

When you apply for a job with us, we process your data to assess your application.

  • What data? Name and address details, e-mail address, phone number, CV, cover letter, and any other information you provide.
  • Why? To assess your suitability for the position and to complete the application process.
  • Legal basis: Legitimate interest (recruiting new staff) and/or consent.

Use of our software (as a customer)

When you become a customer, we create an account for you.

  • What data? Contact details of the contract person/administrator, company details, and billing information.
  • Why? To perform the agreement, for invoicing, and to provide support.
  • Legal basis: Necessary for the performance of the contract.

Login via Google (Single Sign-On)

To make logging into our software easier, we offer the option to log in using your Google account (Google SSO).

  • What data? When you choose this login method, we request access to the email address associated with your Google account. We do not read any other data from your Google profile.
  • Why (use)? We use this email address exclusively to verify if it matches a user known to us. If a match is found, you are automatically logged in without needing to enter a password.
  • Data sharing: The email address we obtain via Google Login is not shared with third parties.
  • Storage and deletion: We do not store your email address from this process. The verification only takes place at the moment of login. Because no data is stored, there is no retention period, and no data needs to be deleted.

Data security

We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. Our software and systems are secured, and our employees are instructed to handle your data with care.
